Privacy Policy
Last revised: March, 2012This privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") applies to certain websites owned and/or operated by or on behalf of Adchemy, Inc. ("Adchemy", "us" or "we"). If you have arrived at this Privacy Policy by clicking on an authorized link maintained on a website which is owned or operated by us, then this Privacy Policy applies to such website (each such website, a "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on the Site and how we use such information. This Privacy Policy may also apply to information we collect from consumers other than through our websites, to the extent specifically disclosed or stated by us.
Applicability
Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to websites we own and operate if they link to this Privacy Policy. It does not apply to our websites which link to a different privacy policy, or which don't link to a privacy policy at all. Also, any third party websites you access from the Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy. The Site may provide you with access to third party websites in a couple of different ways. First, the Site may include clickable links to third party web sites, advertisements or other online material. Second, the Site may display third party web pages via iFrame technology. iFrames are windows in a webpage that allow you to view a different website without leaving the webpage. A third party website displayed through an iFrame may appear as a seamless part of the Site. If you click on a link to a third party website, or supply information to a third party website that is placed within our webpage, you are interacting with a third party's website. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any other web site you access from the Site.

More About Cookies and Related Technology
Cookies are small data files that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser. Cookies may be set by us or our business partners and service providers when you visit the Site or when you interact with one of our advertisements or other content. Cookies are stored in your computer or mobile device. In addition to storing your preferences and other information, cookies allow us to gather information about your interactions within the Site and/or with one of our advertisements. We use both session cookies, which terminate when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your computer until you manually delete them. You may decline cookies if your web browser software permits. If you have questions about disabling cookies, you should consult with your browser's manufacturer. Note, however, that some parts of the Site may not operate correctly if you disable cookies.
We may also track your movements through the Site, advertisements and other content through web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear gifs). When you access a page, email or other content containing a web beacon, the web beacon generates a notice to us, our service providers or third party business partners. Web beacons can be used for various purposes, including to help us improve our marketing communications by measuring the response to our promotions and campaigns.
We have relationships with third party advertising companies to place advertisements on our behalf onto other websites, to perform tracking and reporting functions for the Sites and our advertisements, and to place third party advertisements on the Site. These advertising companies may automatically collect information about your visit to the Sites and other websites, including information about web pages you've viewed and advertisements you interacted with, along with your IP address, date/time stamp information, your ISP and the browser you use to visit this Site. They do this by using cookies, web beacons and other technologies. Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising (from us and from other companies) targeted to your preferences and interests, and to better understand the usage and visitation of the Site and the other websites tracked by these advertising companies. This Privacy Policy does not necessarily cover all the collection methods or uses of the information collected by these third party advertising companies, and we do not have control over or access to cookies or other technologies these third party advertising companies may use. We encourage you to review the privacy policies or statements of these third party advertising companies to learn more about their use of cookies and other technologies. If you would like more information about targeted advertising (also called behavioral advertising) and to learn about your choices with respect to such practices, including how to opt-out of the behavioral advertising programs of third party advertisers, advertising networks and ad servers who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, please visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
Your Choices
- Providing Information. You can always choose not to provide us with your personally identifiable information if you are not comfortable with our ability to use and share that information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. - Opting Out of Our Promotional Emails. You may opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by using the opt-out mechanism contained in such emails (also referred to as "unsubscribe"), or by submitting your request to privacy@adchemy.com. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your opt-out request. Also, note that opting out of receiving promotional email communications will affect only future communications from us. If we already provided your information to a third party before you changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change your preferences directly with that third party as well.
- Declining Cookies. If you do not want to accept our cookies, you can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies. You should note, however, that certain areas of the Site may not operate properly if you decide not to accept cookies.
- NAI Opt-Out. Some third party advertising companies we use may collect information about you through cookies and other technologies in connection with their behavioral advertising programs (see "More About Cookies and Related Technology" Section, above, for additional information). Although we don't control the programs, practices, or policies of such third party advertising companies, the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) maintains an opt-out tool which allows you to opt-out of participating in behavioral advertising programs of NAI member companies. To access the NAI opt-out tool and learn more about behavioral advertising, visit the NAI website at: http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
